A creep serial killer is terrorizing a community and several counties join together to form a task force to take him out. But he’s always one step ahead of them. And now he has set his sights on Cecile Richardson, a deputy. Can they stop him before he takes her out? Thrilling and action packed, this one will tick all the boxes for inspirational suspense fans. Well done!
