This little book was so very good. At times, it was a bit hard to read because of these two sweet children’s lives before their aunt assumed responsibility for them. Linda Goodnight has another winner to add to her books. The characters are very well thought out–so much so that the reader just feels them burrowing into her heart. I did! Bowie is a wonderful and godly man, stable, honest, faithful and just a man after God’s own heart. A true book hero. Sage, a new believer, is trying so hard to do the right thing with these two precious children and her new walk with Christ. I loved the townspeople, too! Great series. I can’t wait for the next book.
