My Rating: 4s Stars!
‘God had called him to do a hard thing. Now, Jonah simply prayed God would help him carry it out.’
I am a royalty fan. Have been for many decades. So this book on my radar excited me. And the authors have done a wonderful job.
The tiny town of Tinsel, Vermont, does Christmas up on a grand scale. They also have a media ban, so celebrities can come there to vacation and not be followed around by reporters. They are safe in Tinsel. In this charming quartet of novellas, royal personages do just that. They come to Tinsel to get away from it all and while they are there, they find something wonderful: love. I love this little town! Sometimes you read about a fictional place and it is done so well, you simply want to go walk its streets and have conversations with its residents. Tinsel is that town for me. Too bad it’s only fictional. I enjoyed every minute of this book and I truly recommend it.
*My thanks to one of the authors for a preview copy of this book. The opinion here is completely my own.
