my Review: 4 Stars! I love Irene Hannon’s little town of Hope Harbor. It is filled with such wonderful characters and stories. This one was particularly touching. Hannon tackles a subject that is difficult and eye opening. And as always, there is another story in the background. And Charley, the taco guy is a favorite. I look forward to more from Hope Harbor. Growing up in Minneapolis and attending the U of MN, I learned to love city life, although I’m a woodsy girl at heart. Or maybe I’m an adventurer — having lived and traveled all over the world, including Siberia Russia as a missionary for eight years. Another Winner For Warren
Susan May Warren is a big favorite of mine and when I hear she has a new series, I am excited. This one is a great addition. Jonas chases storms and finds himself in a storm of a very different kind in this book. He must do some serious trusting to learn the lesson of the storm. Warren can always be counted on to show her readers a powerful spiritual insight along with a great story. I also loved seeing old friends from previous books. My thanks to the publisher for a copy of this book.
