When a book opens with this paragraph, boy howdy, you know it’s going to be good! And it was! Supremely good. Suspense that is unrivaled by a master of suspense. Susan Sleeman is my go-to for inspirational romantic suspense and this book just cements that designation. She creates believable characters that jump right off the page, plots that are second to none and action that will have your heart racing, Especially during the finale in this book. Boy, was it ever great! I highly recommend not only this book but every book by this author.
