Bruce, a single dad, has taken on the job of protecting Lucy, while trying to help her with her profile. Clues lead places neither one suspected and it’s become a full time job trying to keep from being killed as Lucy gets closer and closer to the culprit. This book starts off with a bang and continues all the way through. This one is a suspense filled ride right into a heinous crime spree of a serial killer. I just couldn’t stop reading! Vaughan’s best yet! I thought I had figured out the culprit, then I didn’t, then I did, etc. This one will keep you guessing while at the same time holding you hostage to the suspense.
